The Refer Us offer is that subject to these terms and conditions, we’ll send existing customers of Money & Mortgages a £50 High St Gift Voucher for each friend they refer to us who pays us for advisory services within six months of the referral. The friend will then receive a discount of £50 off their advice fee when they take advice from us.

2. You must be an existing customer Money & Mortgages in order to refer a friend.

3. You must refer us to a friend for advice by sending your friend the personalised link to the Refer Us form which we have provided to you. To be eligible, the Refer Us form must be completed and submitted to us by using the link.

4. The friend that you refer to us must be eligible to receive advisory services from us, and pay us for advisory services within 6 months of the receipt by us of the completed Refer Us form.

5. The referred friend must give us permission to confirm to you that they have paid for advisory services in accordance with these terms.

6. Please note, in distributing your Refer Us link, you consent to your name being mentioned in our communications with your friend.

7. Only one voucher of £50 will be offered per friend referred. This means that you will not receive a voucher if your friend has already been referred to us by another customer.

8. There is no cash alternative to the gift voucher on offer and there is no voucher alternative to the advisory fee discount on offer.

I am now a returning customer of money & mortgages. My initial enquiry was a renewal of my buy to let property. Jon was extremely efficient in gaining a fantastic deal to suit our needs. We received support from the first contact to the completion of the product. We then needed to remortgage our own home as our current deal was coming to an end. There was only one company I was going to give my return business to after the excellent service we received the first time around. Once again absolutely exceeded our expectations. Prompt contact with a very competitive new deal which not only cleared the existing mortgage but gave us extra funds to clear some other debts and look at some home upgrades. As a worker in the property industry i used the guys at Money & Mortgages for everything in my purchasing process. If you are lucky enough to fall in the hands of Steve Seward and Megan Keerick then you literally have nothing to worry about. From the very first phone call and introduction both of them have been brilliant in keeping me up to date and been reassuring throughout the whole process (I definitely didn't have the easiest purchasing process!). The price of the broker fees are some what undervalued for the amount of work these guys put in and they are a huge credit to their team and the company they work for.
